Computerized Maintenance Management systems that use the internet or store data in the cloud are more vulnerable than the SeaGrass  Maintenance Focus  system which is run on a single computer. 

 

The application contains an embedded database to hold all of your information and the program calculations. The SeaGrass program does not store information in the cloud and does not access the internet in any way.   If you choose, you can run SeaGrass on a completely unconnected computer. 

 

For customers who would like to use SeaGrass in a network environment, we can configure the database and application to meet your needs.  You just need to set the environment.   SeaGrass set up in a network environment will only have communications from the application running on a workstation to a designated folder on your server.
