REEFWORKS approach
ReefWorks is the result of 20+ years in the manufacturing business and doing what most folks say can't be done. Our experience spans the gamut from Production, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Accounting, and C-Suite. From each experience we took the building blocks for ReefWorks.
At REEFWORKS we approach problems from a different perspective. First we get an understanding of the impact of the problem on your total business. Then we gain an understanding of the process dynamics and dependent linkages. Finally we present you with alternatives to implement from small steps to chip away at the issue to the total solution.
